We will do our own due diligence before introducing you to any of our clients. If you are uncomfortable with this, we will happily refer you to other generalist recruiters.

What can you expect?
If you are working with S3 Group to find your next opportunity, we will help you every step of the way. The following are the normal steps that you can expect to experience whilst working with one of our consultants.
- A face to face meeting with one of our consultants to discuss your present circumstances, what potential opportunities would interest you, and to explore your career goals.
- Resume consultation. We make sure that your profile displays your true skills and achievements.
- When we get you an interview, you will be fully briefed by one of our consultants on how to best achieve success. We will go through common competency based interview questions to ensure that you brush up on your interview technique.
- We will put you through a mock interview session, which will give you a chance to work on any areas of weakness.
- After the interview, we will get back to you with full feedback. Pass or fail, you deserve to know and if unsuccessful this time the feedback will help you with future opportunities.
