No placement – No fee. The majority of our long term clients, who now use us on an exclusive basis as sole supplier, started their relationship with S3 on a contingent basis. To the majority of recruitment companies contingent means a “quick database” search, and they will send over what ever candidates meet three to four key search words. Not at S3 Group.
We look at contingent business as a chance to show potential clients what we can do for them, and why they should partner with us for the long term. Which is why we offer clients a full market search on a contingent basis. Of course we have a database which we will use, and this is ONLY populated with candidates who are in our niche areas, but we also go out and headhunt specifically for each and every contingent role. In addition we will reach out to our extensive network of industry specific contacts to establish who are considered to be the top players for a specific position.
This culminative research approach ensures that we provide our clients with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates for a specific role at any one time.
